Love Communications Honored as One of Utah’s 2019 Top Workplaces by The Salt Lake Tribune
SALT LAKE CITY – November 14, 2019— Salt Lake City-based Love Communications, a leading full-service advertising, digital and public relations firm employing more than 40 marketing professionals, was recently ranked as the seventh top workplace among Utah’s small-sized companies by the Salt Lake Tribune.
“To be recognized by the Salt Lake Tribune with a Top Workplaces award speaks to the amazing talent, spirited office culture and outstanding work we get to create every day at Love Communications,” said Tom Love, president and founding partner of the agency. “We have established a company where our staffers are welcome to use their incredible skills in the most creative ways possible and encouraged to develop strong relationships with each other and our clients. We are grateful to have Love recognized as one of the best places to work, and we thank our employees for making this work environment successful, productive and fun every day.”
Earlier this year, employees in the area nominated their workplace through a survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture – including alignment, execution and connection, among other categories. From there, companies were broken out into groups depending on number of employees based in Utah and given a ranking as a result of the employee feedback.
“The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”
