Love Communications Wins Two Utah Business SAMY Awards

April 2, 2018 – Love Communications, one of Salt Lake City’s top full-service advertising, digital and public relations firms, recently was recognized by Utah Business magazine for winning two 2018 SAMY Awards. Love received the accolades based on work for Zion Natl Park Forever Project and United Way of Salt Lake.

Utah Business Magazine’s 2018 SAMY Awards is a program honoring Utah’s top sales and marketing professionals making an impact at their company. Love won sales and marketer of the year in the integrated marketing campaign category for work on Zion Natl Park Forever Project. The campaign included launching the new identity of Zion National Park’s nonprofit partner, Zion National History Association and introducing the Zion Natl Park Forever Project, a fundraising opportunity of stewardship over programs for preservation, education, sustainability, and to maintain the integrity of the park experience. Love completed 40 individual jobs over three months and rolled out a series of three VIP fundraising events across Utah.

Love also won the SAMY Award for best content marketing on a campaign for United Way of Salt Lake. Love created the “It Starts With You” campaign that targeted millennials and those outside of the existing United Way database, in order to build awareness and increase donations of either volunteer time or money within the targets. The campaign used a pioneering combination of online strategies that included native content, paid email, video and web banners to achieve success.
