Love Communications Ranks as One of Utah’s Top Workplaces 2016

SALT LAKE CITY – November 2016 – Salt Lake City-based Love Communications, a long-tenured full-service advertising, digital and public relations firm employing more than 40 marketing professionals, was recently ranked No.8 Top Workplace among Utah’s small- to mid-sized companies by the Salt Lake Tribune.

“Knowing that our ‘Lovers,’ enjoy where they come to work every day is important to me and the other partners,” said Tom Love, president of Love Communications. “We have an office culture that encourages respect, humor and creativity. Hearing our employees joke with each other and with clients is a daily occurrence at Love Communications. I believe we have grown closer as a company and developed better relationships with clients because of our humorous comradery, and youthful creative culture – a culture that brings out the best in our talented people.”

Earlier this year, employees in the region were encouraged to nominate their workplace through a survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, an employee-research and consulting firm that determines the region’s Top Workplaces ranking each year. Companies were ranked based on seven factors; alignment, effectiveness, connection, management, employee engagement, leadership and basics. From there, companies were placed in categories according to the number of employees based in Utah.

“Our goal has been to create a workspace that is positive, supportive and motivating,” said Love. “At Love Communications, every person gives their all to their work but we always make sure to throw in plenty of opportunities to enjoy each other’s company. Through these efforts, we have created an atmosphere filled with brilliant, creative employees that make Love a success.”
