Recruited for the role of controller in mid-2019, Amber is now Love Communications’ EVP/Chief Financial Officer, working directly with the agency’s principals in oversight of financial planning and accounting operations and proposing financial adjustments or improvements as needed. In addition, Amber directs the needs and challenges of the agency’s Human Resources Department, coordinating a host of related matters for Love’s 50-plus person staff.

With three decades of financial experience – including previous associations with several notable Utah ad agencies – Amber brings depth and knowledge to her work at Love. Over the years, she has served as a controller, director of operations and director of administration. Always ready to wear a number of hats, Amber has expertise across a myriad of areas – including handling companies’ general ledgers, managing employee benefits, preparing payroll and overseeing financial planning and analysis. Amber is passionate about introducing efficiencies in systems and departments along with finding cost savings while negotiating contracts. She also has successfully coordinated multiple office moves and build outs.

Amber graduated from Salt Lake Community College with a degree in Business Management. When she is not managing agency financials, Amber enjoys making pottery in her home studio, taking her dogs to the park and spending time with her family. The most adventurous, epic, amazing thing she has done was whitewater raft through the Grand Canyon.
